Whatever gets you down, this is a place to get a daily task to take your mind away from your hurt.

Day 53.

Your task for the day is …

Find a moment in your schedule where you just need to slow down, and do.  Move in slow motion until you can feel your surroundings, until you can hear your whole soundscape - not just the loudest bird or the zooming car, but it all, and bring all your tension to your limbs.  Hold it there, in your slow motion until the breeze of change comes through you.  Then let it all go, the tension to the speed, and return to your day and self as a less stressed/cluttered/worried person.  You deserve it.  Its the weekend.  <3
