This blog is dedicated to the different things you can do instead of suffering in the darkness alone. Support for eating disorders, any form of abuse, all self inflicted injuries, survivors of suicide, and self identity debates. Whatever gets you down, this is a place to get a daily task to take your mind away from your hurt.
